We are owners in MBC Condo and come from Russia, America, China and other 20 countries. We love Thailand and we invest condos in Thailand. Some of us had thought retired in Thailand but this plan is spoilt by TBD.TBD’s boss is not Thai, he came from Russia. He come to Thailand just for money. Please don’t let TBD destroy the real estate market and Thailand’s reputation in the world! The builder in Thailand will hate TBD.

One of the victim： My wife and I love Thailand and we hope to retire in Thailand. So we bought property in Thailand. But TBD Group cheat us. TBD change the lease period from 90 years to be 30 years but the lease price was still the same. So I lost 2/3 value of my condo.
August 1st, 2019 MBC provided the new lease agreement for the buyer sign at land office by changing the lease period from 90 years to be 30 years but the lease price was still the same in amount of 1,870,000 Baht and MBC deleted the clause 15 (which mentioned in the lease agreement on 19 April 2017) that MBC allowed the client has the right to own the unit.
We contact TBD Group for more than 1.5 year, they didn’t answer.

1 สิงหาคม 2562 MBC ให้สัญญาเช่าใหม่สำหรับผู้ซื้อลงนาม ณ สำนักงานที่ดินโดยเปลี่ยนระยะเวลาการเช่าจาก 90 ปีเป็น 30 ปี แต่ราคาเช่ายังคงเท่าเดิมคือ 1,870,000 บาทและ MBC ได้ลบข้อ 15 (ซึ่ง ที่ระบุไว้ในสัญญาเช่าเมื่อวันที่ 19 เมษายน 2560) ว่า MBC อนุญาตให้ลูกค้ามีสิทธิ์ในการเป็นเจ้าของห้องชุด
เราติดต่อกับ TBD Group มากว่า 1.5 ปีก็ไม่ได้คำตอบ
